*This kit will work on a 2004.5-2005 LLY with a non California LB7 style Y bridge and cold side tube (Please let us know if you plan on installing this kit on a LLY)

This kit was designed to utilize the stock one piece Y bridge and cold side intercooler pipe but will work with any aftermarket Y Bridge kit

This is a full turn key, plug and play kit. 100% complete kit to drop an S400 based charger in your LB7. This kit utilizes 100% 304 Stainless Steel and 6061 Aluminum. Absolutely zero mild steel in our turbo kits!

1- Stock Turbo oil feed billet plug

1- New turbo drain gasket

1- Braided 12an Turbo Drain line

1- S400 body billet turbo drain fitting

2- S400 drain bolts

1- Stainless steel turbo pedestal

1- T4 turbo gasket

4- Turbo pedestal studs

4- Turbo pedestal flare nuts

2- Billet Coolant feed plugs

2- Hose clamps for coolant plugs

1- O ringed Block oil feed fitting

1- Hot side pipe clamp

If you do not have or are not planning on purchasing a forward facing thermostat housing. We will include a modified Upper Coolant Tube with your kit

For turbo sizing questions please feel free to reach out and we would be happy to help. All TNT Chargers are approximately a 15 day lead time.

If you are not using one of our turbochargers, please state brand and size in the cart notes so we can ensure proper fitment of flanges to your turbo configuration 

*PPE or similar extended manifolds/up pipes may require a small modification in the downpipe for clearance of the 3.5” tubing

Will not fit on a California Emissions style LB7
