This removes having to drill big access holes in the backside of your frame to start a nut inside the frame rail. This creates a much stronger mount and mounting point, as well as an easier installation. \u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eThe only downside to this- these mounts need to land in a certain location on your frame for access to the bolts on the backside of the mount. The mounts will land on the thickest portion of your frame, but still allow access in front of the fuel tank to install the rear-most nut on the driver side.\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eTo measure for your specific traction bar length- Locate the widened section on your driver side frame rail. Measure 7.5\" from this widened section and make a mark. Measure from this mark to the center of your axle. This will give you the correct traction bar length. We have attached photos to help with this process.
